- All our products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
- To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details of the intended recipient and telephone number, together with your daytime contact telephone number or email address. This enables our team to contact you or the recipient in the event of any delivery problems.
- Whilst we use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that delivery will be on the requested delivery date or during the delivery period, you acknowledge that delivery is via a third-party courier service. In rare circumstances where delivery is not possible on the requested terms, you will be given prior notice wherever possible, and we shall either make alternative arrangements or reimburse your payment in full.
- Some deliveries cannot be made directly to rooms in hospitals or hotels and will instead be left with reception. Please contact Customer Service for further information.
- The carrier will deliver the goods to the address provided in good faith. We cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient is no longer at that address and refuses or fails to return the items.
- If the carrier is unable to find someone to accept delivery or leave the order in a secure location, the arrangement will be returned to our shop and a later delivery attempt will be made.
- Before placing your order, please review delivery cut-off times and prices.
- Timed delivery services may be withdrawn without notice during busy periods, and delivery cut-offs may also vary without notice.
- We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, natural disasters, war, invasion, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, revolution, military or usurped power, confiscation, terrorist activities, government actions, embargo, labour disputes, strikes, lockouts, or interruption of electricity or telephone services.
- A minimum of 3 days’ notice is required for cancellations. We cannot accept returns of flowers once they have been dispatched.
- We reserve all rights to the website design, pictures, content, and information published on our website.
